About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Flying back to the same country of origin

I am a UK national living in Korea. I would like to visit friends in Shanghai for a few days (my dates of entry and departure are under the 72 hour limit), flying from and returning to Korea.

Is this acceptable within the Visa free policy outlined above?

Lee, sorry to tell you your route is not eligible for the free transit policy.
