Where do you get the original JW202 form?

The website indicates that I must submit an original and a copy? What does 'original" mean? Can I just print off the form from the website?

Tia, you should ask your school to help you with the application form. The "original" means the JW202 form that your school gets in China posts to you. Only the form carrying valid official stamps can be used to apply for the X type.
