About:Yuanyang Rice Terraces

I am planning to go to Yuanyang Rice Terraces between April 15-25.

Is it already late to see the water filled terraces? I read about that the rice planting is starting at the end of April.....

Yes, it is a little bit late to enjoy the water filled terrace then. I would suggest you change your plan a little earlier, end of March or early Apr. in case of missing the best part of it. Anyway, the best period to enjoy that is during Nov. to next early Apr.
