Is there a hotel in Harbin that charges by the hour?

I'm staying at Volga manor but will be leaving tomorrow night via train. Is there a hotel that charges by the hour near the railway statio n

Hey, as I know, the Beibei Hotel offers hourly room. It is located in no. 2, Chunshen Street, just opposite to the train station.
