I am unhappy in my job. Is 2015 a good year for me to change my career and job? my DOB is 27 Dec 70.

Well, everyone will face some difficulties in his or her career. The best solution is to have more patience. You need to have enough confidence to handle them. The boss will see your hard work. After that, if you still feel not happy, you can change a job.
