For tickets booking with us, for any change or cancellation request, please inform us by email at least 24 hours before departure.
Free cancellation before the payment.
Free cancellations before tickets are issued, but the refund handling charge of USD10 occurs for each refund.
Cancellation request after tickets are issued:
1.Cancellation fee(20% of the ticket par value) will be charged. The booking service charge from TravelChinaGuide is non-refundable.
2.Cancellation is not acceptable after the tickets are collected or delivered. You need to return the tickets by yourself at the railway station. All passengers' passports are required.
For the delivered tickets, you will get cash refund directly at the station in local currency. For the self-collected tickets, the China Railway Corporation will only offer you receipts but the money will be returned to our account. You need to provide us the receipts via email and then we will refund the same amount in accordance with the receipt to you. But the refund handling charge is USD10.
