I want to know how to go to Jingwei street from Harbin West station.

You can walk about 500 yards to the Haxi Coach Station to take the bus NO. 64 to the Hayibai Station. Then walk about 300 yards to the street.

Or you just take a taxi, about 5.5 miles, and the taxi fare is about CNY25.
