As I know, there is no Sim Card sold in the airport, but there is WIFI service in the airport, and you need to pay an extra fee. If you are going to Quanzhou, you can buy a card in any brunch office of telecommunication companies, and the card can be used in other cities, but it will charge a bit higher.
