Raju, you should send your application to the Visa Center in Beijing to submit your applications. There is no Portugal consulate in Guangzhou. For you, you are required to provide your Chinese resident permit which should be valid at least 90 days after you come back from Portugal. Other documents are:
1. passport, filled application form affixed with recent passport photo.
2. round-trip air tickets and accommodation booking list in Portugal.
3. bank statements from last 3 to 6 months.
4. copy of your employer's business license, a letter with the company's stamp and approval of leave or absence.
5. medical insurance with coverage no less than 30000 Euros
6. travel itinerary
7. copies of your Chinese wife's Household registration book (all pages).
