About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Which are accredited employers of foreigners in China?

I have a few job offers from China but i am not 100% sure if they are eligible to hire a foreigner.

You can ask the companies to consult with the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for whether they are accredited. In addition, if the company is a foreign-invested company, it is an accredited one.

Sorry, the only way is to contact the labor bureau to verify if the company is qualified to recruit foreigners. If your employer is willing to help you apply for the work permit, I think the company should be ok. If it wasn't qualified, they wouldn't assit you to apply for the work permit.

In addition, there are many companies that claim you can work with M or F types. It's illegal to work with M or F type. Please be careful with these companies.

To clarify: is there a way i could check if they are accredited, because i want to minimize potential scums. Is there some list of accredited companies, e-service for checking company status ... ?
