tianjin station platform a to tian huan ke yun zhan for beijing airport shuttle

How do I get from TJ Station Platform A (Route 5 Terminus) to Tian Huan Ke Yun Zhan to board the Beijing Airport Shuttle?  Is is a quick walk or is it best to take a taxi?

You can take public bus no.650 or 50, and get off at Infectious Hospital Station. Then walk to your destination. Or you take a taxi directly. The cab fare is about CNY 20. And it will take around 15 mins. After that, you will have enough time to catch the airport shuttle bus.
