Hi, what will be the weather like mentioned above in Taipei? And also, will we be able to see cherry blossom as it's spring?

Well, according to the previous statistics, the temperature during that period of time is 53.6 F to 73.4 F. It's warm and comfortable. Although it mainly contains rainy days, it is still regarded as an appropriate time to see cherry blossom in spring. Lots of tourists will go and see. So don't worry. Have fun!
