If you take the MTR, you need to transfer several times, so you are suggested to take a bus.In the airport, there are shuttle bus E21 available, you can take that and get off at the Sai Yeung Choi Street South. Then you can walk to the market in a couple of mins. The bus fare is HKD14 and the bus ride is about 75 mins.
