What is the best way to go to Snow village from Harbin?
Is there any budget hotel there?

At No.4-1 of Jiuzhan Street, there are direct buses to the village. The only bus departs at 06:00am. By that, you can arrive by noon.
Or you can take a train to Hailin first, then hire a car (CNY80 - 100) to the destination directly. If you carpool the cab with other visitors, it will be much cheaper.
In the snow village, there are few hotel in operation, but there are many local dwellings open to visitors. You can pay with a low price to enjoy the lodge.0

You can take the bus back at the Tourist Service Center in Snow Village and it leaves at 08:00.
The distance between the Snow Village and Hailin is around 43mi.0
