What are the fees gorgeous someone who was born in Cuba but is a USA citizen?

Visiting grandson who just had a baby (my great grandson whom I have never met) this is my first visit to China. I am 78 years old live in Atlanta, Georgia US retired teacher. Cuban born US citizen since 1960. Have no hotel will stay with grandson. Heard so many good things about visiting China looking forward to meeting my great-grandson and touring China. 1. You need to go to the consulate-general to submit the application for an L type. Address: 3417 Montrose Blvd., Houston, TX 77006.
2. The fee is 140 dollars.
3. The required documents are your passport and a photocopy of its data page, an application form affixed with your recent taken photo, and an invitation letter from your grandson.
