Born 22nd April 1973, out of job now for 4 months. Can you tell my future career like in details?

I resigned my previous job without a job, i was unhappy worked there partly due to stress, unreasonable workload and the works quite messy. I was with the company for 4.5 years. I am desperate for a job which is good hopefully.
1) can you tell when or which month in year 2015 I will get my good job? Hope you can tell me in details.
2) how to achieve a successful career? Is there something like amulet or Feng shui items to carry?
3) any animal sign to avoid in work?
4) how is my remaining years of carrer life like?
I am someone enjoys working hard to achieve good performance, however, I failed in my last job as I was sabotaged by my female colleague who own in rat year younger than me.
