I am a nigerian,a married woman but I want to study language course in China and I got my last business visa from togo. Will it be issued here in abuja?

You need to submit your application to the consular department of Chinese embassy directly. It is located at PLOT 302-303 A.O.CENTRAL AREA,ABUJA. In order to apply for a X type, you need to apply for a school, get the admission letter and JW202 form. Then you can apply for the X type from the embassy.
