can an Indonesian passport holder apply china visa from hongkong?

My mom is in hongkong at the moment and planning to go to guang zhou. Is it possible for her to apply as soon as possible. Where can she apply, how much it will cost, and how long will it take to get it?

It is possible that you can apply it at the Office of the Commisioner of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of PRC, but I cannot guarantee you will surely get it. To be safe, you can apply it through travel agencies in Hong Kong. The application fee is 200 HKD in the office. If you apply through travel agencies, they may charge you additional fees. The normal processng of the application takes four weekdays. If you are in a hurry, you can enjoy express service or rush service by a higher cost.
