i want to ask requirements i need to get a tourist visa in Macau

Hi I'm Evangeline from Philippines,, i want to ask should i need to get a L type just to visit Macau? me and my American bf plan to visit there for just 5days..do i need to have a bank account ?my American bf is the one who Finance everything including the round trip ticket and hotels and food..should my bf gave a papers like letters to prove that she finance the whole trip?what are thy?thanks.
