how can i apply chinese visa for my dad & my brother ?

I'm working as a flight attendant, I have a flight to Shanghai,so I would like to take my family with me,company will provide the tickets for them ,and they can stay with me in the hotel ,what are the requirements for the visa ?how can I get the application ?my brother is waiting for his o/L results,

Ishara, I think you may help your parents to apply C types. A guarantee letter from your company is required. Other documents are your parents' passports, filled application form and recent passport photos. You need to apply from Chinese embassy in Sri Lanka.
