she's born under the year of the water monkey and an Aquarius. January 29, 1993

I wanna ask if what is her ruling element. Is she a under the element water? And I had this friend which is also born under the year of the water monkey. But she's born Scorpio. What is her ruling element?

Noriel, her birth date reveals that earth is her ruling element. Water is just the element of her zodiac sign. A person's ruling element is decided by his/her birth date. Perhaps, you may tell your Scorpio friend's birth date. Then I can find out her ruling element.
