Is the email right for panda holding?

I tried but I received this as a reply:
"Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain panda.org.cn by mxn.mxhichina.com. [205.204.96.75].

The error that the other server returned was:
554 delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a panda.org.cn e-mailaccount (pandaabase@panda.org.cn) [0]

It is pandabase@panda.org.cn. But you sent to pandaabase@panda.org.cn? Anyway, if you sent to the correct address and got the info, I suggest you dial 86-28-83510033 to consult the details instead. Good luck!

I sent an email asking about the panda holding, and they replied saying that "The Giant Panda Keeper Program has been suspended since December 10, 2014, and until now
it is still in closed situation. Exept the Sunshine Nursery House, the rest part of Panda Base
is welcome for visitors." I heard that the Bifengxia still allows people to hold a panda. I'm going to CD city this week and I'm planning to go to Bifengxia. I can give you more info when I come back, if you want. :)
