About:Year of the Sheep / Goat

my partner is a year of a sheep (sept. 24 ,1991) is it lucky year for him? how about love life?

Just so so. If he work hard and be strong enough to get through the hardness, big difference may be made by him. For love life, be patient to each other. Whatever happens, you two should communicate with each other with a positive attitude.
