what is my financial status this year?

I've been working with these family for ten years now...but yearly I a struggle with my budget. Whould I keep this job still? And what doyou see about my financial statues with this job this year? My birthday is 08-16-1961

You are not suggested to change a job, otherwise, you may meet a big trouble on your finance. The situation will turn a little bit better, if you can keep on working at this family. According to the sign, things may turn better in the next year.
