Please suggest a lodging (cheap,nice location) at Harbin for the Ice Festival from Jan 26- Jan 29

You can choose to live in the Heilongjiang Yueliangwan Dianshicheng Hotel, which is about 15 mins walking distance from the ice festival site, and it’s a bit cheaper. You can have a try.
