How to get to Binyu Boutique Hotel from Harbin West Railway?

Are there any bus stops near the hotel to get to Ice and Snow Festival too?

There is no direct bus you can use, so you are suggested to take a taxi, about CNY20.

From the hotel, you can walk about 290 yards to the Anhe Street to take the bus 88 to the destination directly. If taking a taxi, it may cost you CNY16 around.
