About:Hong Kong International Airport

We arrive at 14:20 BA0025 to Terminal 1 at Hong Kong.

Onwards journey is from Terminal 2, AK238 at 20:05. Do we have time to pop into the city for a quick meal or best to stay at airport? Any tips?

Oh, you have enough time to have a meal in the ctiy center. You can take airport express to HK Station. Then walk to the Central Station. There are lots of shopping malls and delicious local snacks. You can go and see. It will take just around 20 mins on the way.
So you can make your trip according to the duration. :-)
