how to get a new mfamily chinese visa for french passport?

Dear sir or Madam,I am living in Shanghai for almost one year and I have a M type, multiple entry, 60 days stay, made in Hong Kong. I got married in Shanghai last year, at the greek consulate as my husband is greek and has also a M type, same as mine.I ve contact the agency in HK to renew my M, but they said that this M type for French passport is no longer available, they cannot even do a 6 months one, i have contact also other agencies but i got the same answer.Some of them told me to try to get it done via France, but as I am not employed anymore by a French company, cannot get this M from France.I am really lost here and don't know how to renew mine, do you have any solutions/advices/suggestions for my case? Would you mind tell me your staying purpose in the future and your husband's situation? Since your husband may not work in China, you cannot apply for a S1/S2 type to stay in China for a long time. In my opinion, you can consider to apply for a Tourist L temporarily. After that, you can consider to find a job in China and apply for a Work Z in China.
