is there a limit on Full cream milk powder from Australia to China in packets NOT INFANT FORMLA

If you bring the milk powder in your checked packages, you can take as much as CNY 2000 milk powder in total, according to the rule. However, many people said on the internet that they just took as many as six boxes or can of milk powder into China.
