About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Hello,What is the process of registering my American marrige certificate with chinese government?

I am a Chinese citizen married to an American citizen in Las Vegas. Now we are living in China. How can I register our marriage with Chinese government? What documents should I prepare and who should I see? I appreciate it.

You mean you want to change your marriage status on your household?
If so, you just need to take your marriage certificate (authenticated in USA), your ID card and your household to go to local PSB to change. It is easy.

First, you should have your marriage certificate notarized by US agencies or relevant notarization authorties, and then have it authenticated in the Chinese embassy or consulate general in US.
