how to process an exit visa from china back to nigeria?

Yes, it is in charge of the processing. You should first apply online on the website of Nigeria Immigration Service. Then take the required documents to the Nigeria embassy for interview. All applicants should apply at the Processing and Collection Center located at KUN SHA BUILDING, NO.16, UNIT 1, SUITE 1801, XIN YUAN LI STREET, CHAOYANG DISTRICT, BEIJING, P R CHINA. The opening hours are 9:00 am. - 17:00 pm. (Monday to Friday) and the Tel. number is 861084682347.
