DOB:Fire Snake 16/6/77 should i quit my job and travel oversea for my certification?Dayo frm Niger

Am presently working in a company as a trianee with a very low income,as we are about to enter the year of the sheep (2015), i am planning to quit my job and travel abroad to take the certification exam on what i have been training for or should i just search for a better job in my country,But am confuse i dont know which step to take.
