Is there any shuttle bus to Weihai from Liuting airport?

No direct bus from the airport. You can take airport shuttle bus line 2 to the railway station. Then walk to the nearby Tourist Bus Station to catch a bus to Weihai.

I took a taxi from airport to Olympic Sailing Center for less than 100 RMB in June 2016. Just make sure you get a taxi with a meter otherwise you woll get scalped and pay too much
