About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

I have been working in China since 2001 and have just been made redundant.

I would like to extend my visa for at least another year ( it expires end of march ) but currently do not yet have another job. What are my options ?

Hi Charlie! I think you should hunt for a job before your present one expires. After you find the new job, you can apply for a new work permit and renew your resident card at the local public security bureau.
