i ordered something on the 5th december and my order went from collection to departure from outward

Can you provide your tracking number? It's difficult to tell what happened to your parcel from your words.

hello, basically i ordered something on the 5th of deceember i tracked my order - it went from collection, to departure from outward office then to opening i am very confused on where my parcel is

I guess that your parcel might be stopped by the customs. It wasn't sent to you yet.
