Will a new career and new company be favorable for me in 2015 when it comes to finances and tenure? Will buying a new house good to be done in 2015? Thanks

Kristine, changing a job isn't likely to happen in 2015. It's true that you suffer from great pressure in your current job. However, your hard work will be repaid. Once your company notice your excellent work performance, you will have the opportunity to be promoted. Your finance is ok in 2015. If you want to buy a new house, you can do it.
