Pick up Tickets

Hello CS,
What time should we be at the station to pick up our tickets if we book G88 with you that departs 1318pm? We have a group of 24.

Since there are 24 passengers in total, and the staff in the ticketing window needs to verify all your passports one by one, then print out the paper tickets, we suggest you go to the station 2 hours ahead of the departure time to ensure the boarding smoothly.
