Am I gonna pass all my subjects this 2015? Is Physical Therapy is The best Course for me?

Hey, it might be too early for you to have a boyfriend. Your education fortune is very good. You should focus all your attention on your study. Then you will make good results in the exams. Are you really interested in the Physical Therapy? Your interest is your best teacher. If you have no interest in Physical Therapy, you may consider having another course you are interested.
