Soomaiya, there is no much informtion on the mosques in Binzhou. According to the news reports, the largest mosque in North China was open to the public in Chewang Town, Wuli County of Binzhou.

Thank you Mark. Just today we found a mosque in Binzhou as well as a halaal butcher and restaurant
