About:China Visa Application Requirements

what bank statement is needed

I am going to China to stay with the family of my former exchange student. I have my plane ticket and an invitation letter stating they will pay for all my expenses during my stay. What sort of bank statement for I need? I will only have expenses of what I want to purchase while there.

Paul, no bank statement is needed in your case. You only need to present your passport, the application form, recent passport-style phtoto, and the invitation letter.
