About:Chinese Embassy in New Zealand

Living in Northland NZ and travelling to visit son in Beijing Feb8 thru 28

Self a retired NZ citizen. Son Canadian citizen. I have letter of invitation to visit although I am going as a tourist. For February 8th, when should file the application at your office? How man days will it take to process.

I am a Chinese language student at the Chinese Association of Whangarei.

You need to go to the consulate in Auckland to apply for an L or S2 type.

It's suggested that you file the application four weeks before you come to China. It often takes four weekdays to go through the formalities.
