Anyone can help me with medical report issue?

can I be able to use the medical report I obtained in my country during visa application to apply for a medical certificate in china so as to process my residence permit?

I am afraid not. The one for your visa application is normally done in your country and get it certified by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs. When you submit your application, it will be submitted to the consulate/embassy too. When you arrive in China, you need to do another physical examination at the designated hospital to apply for the temporary resident permit. Now you must know that you need to do the physical examinations in two different places.
