About:China Student Visa

Shenyang PSB saying students not permitted to work

Hi, I just spoke to the local PSB in Shenyang regarding working part time on a X type. He advised that students are not allowed to work? Kindly advise?

Ben, according to latest entry and exit management law, students can do part-time jobs during their study. However, they need to be approved by their school and then go to local entry and exit management bureau to have a note on their temporary resident permits. Then they can do the part-time jobs.
