Pre-book a taxi in Harbin to downtown hotel

Does the airport hotel shuttle go to the IBIS hotel downtown? Does it run late at night? How does one reliably pre-book a taxi in the city for this trip to downtown?

Hey, you can take airport shuttle bus line 3 to Central Avenue. After arrival, take a taxi to reach the hotel. The last shuttle runs at 19:30 from the airport.
You don’t need to pre-book taxi, for it is always available in the airport. Just remember to take the normal one from the taxi stand. The taxi fare would be CNY120-150 at night.
