About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am staying with a friend in Beijing for two days.

Can I visit the Great Wall of China if I am using the 72 hour free-transit or does that count as leaving Beijing?

The 72 hours in Beijing airport are counted from the scheduled arrival time of you flight to the scheduled departure time.

If you are able to enjoy the72-hour free transit, you can visit the Great Wall during your transfering.
