About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

Availability of 10 Year Visa

Hey, I'm returning to the US to get a new one (not renewing). I'll have my invitation letter sent to me and I work for a Chinese website, with multiple contacts available to verify my employment.

1. Is it possible to get a 10 year one?
2. If so, will that allow me to return to the US every year to visit family for a couple of weeks?

Kurt, 10 years visas include L, M, Q2 and S2. Since you work in China, you must have Z type or temporary resident permit for employment. So I am afraid that you are not eligible for 10 years one.
