You can try to send an email to pandabase@panda.org.cn. As I know, several staff speak English there. Or you can call 86-28-83510033  to consult. Currently, the fare is CNY2,000-3,000.

This is a program called Panda Keeper Experience Program, running by Chengdu Panda Foundation, not Panda Base. So it is useless to contact them, or what you get is a wrong direction. As I know, this program was cancelled since Dec. 10, and it won't be start recently. By the way, Wolong Panda Natural Reserve cancelled all kinds of program that you may have a close contact with pandas, too.
