Travel from Eaton Hotel, Nathan Road to Happy Valley Racecourse

How do i get from Eaton Hotel to Happy Valley Racecourse using the MTR.

Also , i would like a day pass for unlimited journeys where do i obtain these. Which ticket would you advise i buy i'm only in Hong Kong 2 days and on one i've book the Island tour excursion. So i'll be a little limited as to what i can take in.

I hope to visit kowloon cricket club, Avenue of Stars, the Space Museum and do the Island Tour
