Kindly inform me can i send parcel with Netherland Post service from China to Pakistan? How?

NL is short for Netherlands. Abul, I think you need to find some agents who can use Netherlands Post to send packages from China to other countries. However, I think you may use China Post to send your parcel to your country. It's safer and convenient for you to track it.
