I only have 2 days one night in Jilin. what place should i visit with this short trip.

Hey, you can spend one day and night in The Rime Island. For another day, in the morning, you can go to Wula Street, which is located opposite to the island. After that, you go back to town, and visit Century Square and Beishan Park.
